The apartment was well designed and exceptionally clean. The smart decor added a nice touch. The location was ideal, with the main square, restaurants, shops, and tram stop all close by. Despite freezing temperatures outside, the apartment was warm and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was delivered on time. this apartment provided a lovely experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Krakow. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a great experience. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and well-decorated rooms to the helpful and friendly staff. The location was ideal, with easy access to the old town and other attractions. I especially loved the breakfast, which was delivered daily and generous in portions. One detail I appreciated was the option of having apartments on the ground floor, making it convenient for those who prefer not to use an elevator.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
